Shipping Terms

Wheely-X ships from Long Beach for North American customers and South Korea for customers outside of North America. Customers living in California have the added option of picking up Wheely-X from our warehouse in Long Beach, California.

Time:

1. Door-to-door shipping will normally take between 7-14 days. But depending on your location and shipping circumstances the shipping may be delayed. In this case we will notify you.
2. Shipping process is initiated with the payment confirmation.

Expense:

1. Import taxes may be required for orders shipped outside the US. Customers are responsible for paying any import taxes or customs fees that may be imposed by their country's authorities. (We may carry document for customs exemption, inquire for more updates)
2. Shipping quote may vary according to any unexpected events or by third party influence time to time.

Return Policy

1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us, and we will issue a refund for the cost of the product once it is received and inspected.
2. In the case of faulty products, we will ship you new parts or a whole replacement product as needed, according to our 12 month warranty. Please contact us immediately if you experience any issues with your purchase.
