Warranty Coverage:

We warrant the Wheely-X Wheelchair Treadmill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this period, we will replace any parts that are defective or have a fault, at no charge to you.

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product. Any damage caused by accidents, neglect, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions will also not be covered. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Claim Process:

In the event that you need use this warranty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. Once confirmed, we will arrange for the replacement of the defective parts.
